Nicotine is one of the most addictive, harmful and the widely available drugs in the world. But to stop smoking on a fine day is not possible.

Choose the right time to quit smoking. If you do it in a hurry, it will give you an excuse to start smoking again. Don’t get worried if you seem to gain weight at the early stage or soon after quitting, it’s due to the decreased metabolism that quitting nicotine can cause.

At the very first time you may not succeed in your attempt, they need to try for sometime to reach at the goal. Don’t get disappointed if you aren’t successful at first. Like anything worth, it may also take a few try to get it right.

You can pick out a special day like your birthday or wedding anniversary to quit smoking. Remove all tobacco products from the places of your presence as a preliminary to quit smoking. If possible inform your friends and family whom you find to be supportive, about your plan to quit smoking.


Comparing, analyzing and selecting the best ways always help you to fulfill your decision. So go ahead, keep on trying, lets e free from unwanted practices.

Well an excellent post.. I want to add here that you can also use smoking alternatives like e cigarettes and personal vaporizers to quit tobacco smoking... Smoking with these products is not harmful to you at all.....

But with going for Smoking Alternatives such as Electronic Cigarettes surely one can go in to enjoy health safe ways of smoking.......

you can easily quit smoking by using these tips:
1:make a strong decision to quit smoking.
2:then start smoking less number of cigarettes than before.
3:search some other interesting activities and keep yourself busy so that you do not feel need of smoking most of the time.
4:try some alternatives of smoking which are not bad for the health like electric cigarettes .
there is no real smoke and no fir no tobacco combustion. safe for the health.

Very well said dear. But above all, you have to try again and again to quit smoking Wink. Electronic cigarettes can be a friend of your to quit smoking.
