I've chosen e-cig as a substitute of normal cig. But after using for some days, now I'm in a dilemma that will e-cig has the possibility of doing  any kind of harm to my health by it's chemical liquid? Need experts suggestions.

Thanks.

The only ingredients in most e-liquid is water, nicotine (you can purchase 0 nicotine), PG (Propylene Glycol) and or VG (Vegetable Glycerin).  Both PG & VG are commonly used as food preservatives.

To know for sure, you should ask the individual company you want to purchase from for a list of ingredients used in their e-liquids.

Hi there is a pretty recent article about e-cigs at http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/08/science/e-cigarettes-help-smokers-quit-but-they-have-some-unlikely-critics.html?_r=3

It was mentioned somewhere in there that if you light up a tobacco cigarette - one thing is for sure: you're better off vaping.

Yeah I would recommend the nicotine-less versions of electric cigarettes.  I think just the sensation and act of smoking with strictly vapors would help.
