im trying to quit smoking, i decided last night that i wasnt going to smoke anymore just because its too much money and it smells bad. but anyway i really want a cigarette right now and its all i can think about, i tried eating to make it go away but it didnt. I tried to chew on a toothpick like my friend did when he quit, but it didnt work.Patches are too expensive for me and so is the gum. Is there any way to make my cravings go away without having to buy some expensive product?anything you or anybody you know has done to help them quit?help pleasethanksoh and please star my question so more people see it, i need as many answers as possible.

Chewing on cinnamon sticks is a very good way to end addiction.

Well, I like the lozenges. They're expensive, but no more so than cigarettes. However -- Chantix is more expensive and because it's Rx should be covered by your insurance plan. There are also some programs that provide free meds, do a web search. If nothing else, do a search for mini e cigarette -- it's cheaper than smoking and shouldn't cause cancer, but it isn't really a way to quit.

There is not doubt that smoking is one of the worst habits on the planet if not the worst. There are many numbers and other alternatives that you could try to stop. On my website I have a blog that is talking about what a lot of countries are starting to do to try to cut down on the level of smokershttp://shopdesignerclothing.com/Blog.html
