I bought ther NPROstarter kit, the atomizer is for shit ! I call customer service and there is no one there, have been calling several times a day....no one is ever there. they do not return calls. My guess is that they sold a bad product and do not back it up.  I drove to their SCottsdale, az. location and it seems that there is no one there either.  tHE BUSINESSES NEXT DOOR SAY THAT THEY RARELY SEE ANYONE THERE.                                                                                                                                                             WHAT A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM OUT OVER $100 AND HAVE RESOLVED TO BLOG NIGHT AND DAY ON THIS COMPANY UNTIL IT IS RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even I had faced these kind of problems. When you buy, you must be sure about the product guarantee and all stuffs. You must go directly and do with it.

I got a free atomizer from them just by calling. They sent me 2 for free. As long as you buy from a retail store or official site, they honor the 1 year replacement.
