Is there something else out there that is interchangeable with it? We only have 1 battery and it seems to be always on the charger. It doesn't have a model/style # like others. And does anyone have a problem with it? Thanks.

I have had the same issue, I resorted to buying an additional battery. It is a "DSE 801 penstyle" -I believe. myvaporestore.com has parts that appear to be interchangeable with the roylale & elite models. Check it out.
