"Tobacco products have killed millions in the world and smokers find it hard to give it up even now. Smokers have found a solution that is saving lives yet we are at risk of losing our lifeline. We are requesting that the powers that be at the FDA allow us to continue to use and purchase these nicotine delivery devices at our own discretion while further testing commences from the FDA. If you ban these devices millions will return to tobacco products  which would be a guaranteed death sentence for many.

With the harm that is well known with tobacco what more could it hurt us to just allow us to help ourselves for the time being with these devices many of us have been using for years. We just want to be heard and want you to give this device its fair hearing."

With the case between Njoy/Smokeeverywhere Vs. FDA I think things are looking very good for us.

ive signed many of these e-petitions for ecigs. wondering if anyone is aware of any state/gov officials who are on board w ecigs and are vocal about it other than Mr. Salmon and ecassoc.org Big tobacco is going to do everything they can to lobby against these great devices and have them banned until they can perfect the technology and and sell it themselves. any additional sites, names, resources would be helpful. We're all in this together. I hope the efforts of ecig users and we who sell them will be enough to get the word out and stop these prejudiced actions and policies. thanks!

Has anyone heard the latest on the possibility of a ban on ecig devices?  Did the petition pass to Congress with success?

well, i have read a lot of articles about it and found that a lot of states have passed on the ban of e-cigarettes. It's kinda alarming coz the more ecig is getting famous, the more ban is being pushed.. Sad
