Obama receives Smoke Stix E-Gigs as part of gift

I've recently heard of President Obama receiving a starter kit of E-Cig's as part of his birthday gift. I'm sure he'd be very impressed as most of us here are. Would be nice if he were able to set forth a revision on these to be allowed "in public" as they pose no health threats to anyone else.
