I recently purchased an NJoy NPro, my first e-cig. However, I've had problems almost since I got it, and they seem to get worse every day. First, my cartridges barely lasted - I expected them to at least be worth 1/2 a pack, but I don't think it was even that. Second, my batteries seem to die after only 1-3 cigs worth of vaping, no matter how much or how long I charge them. Then, I bought the sample pack from Johnson Creek and tried refilling the cartridges. I thought that was helping, but once again, they didn't last long at all. And finally, the LED keeps flashing every 5 puffs or so, and sometimes turning on by itself and not going off until I unscrew the battery.

I'm going to call NJoy tomorrow, but I don't know what to say to them, so I wanted the opinion of others. Is the battery or atomizer faulty, or both? Should I just ask for a refund and get a different brand? I've been looking at the PeeWee from PureSmoker, but I don't know much about it. I've been doing all the reading I can, but I'm still quite a newbie. Please let me know what all of you think about my situation.

I'm in the same boat.  Exact same thing keeps happening.  How did it go with NJOY?

First the Npro is known as a 4081 model e-cigarette.  It's not the best e-cig out there.  I know, went through 3 of them in my long process of finding something that actually worked.    The main problem I see with them is the auto batteries and short cutoff time.   If you refill your carts and overfill, the liquid will run down into the battery compartment and gum up the switch.  Also, the hard draw to keep the battery activated is a pain.

If you stick with the Npro and want to refill.  Here's a tip..  Use a paper clip, put it in the mouth end and push it up through the little hole.  The inner cartridge will come up to the top so you don't run liquid down the side.

Now on to new and improved models.   Look at the popular 510. Know as the Titan/Yeti/DuraC.  These usually come with a sealed manual battery.  So overfilling isn't an issue and you get a chance to warm up the atomiser before you take a drag.   The warm hit most resembles a real cigarette.

Other popular models are the orginal DSE901 mini-cigarette, DSE801-Penstyle, M401-Micro-ecigarette.  All work great with some differences in draw/hit/battery performance.  Generally, the hotter/smaller the e-cigarette the worst the battery life will be.  So, there is always a tradeoff.  Either you can have small and short battery life or big with long battery life.   Unfortunately, there is no best for everyone.

Ok now all e-cigs atomisers will fail.  It's only a matter of time, usually if you get a month or 2 out of one atomiser your doing good.  So, pick a model that has atomiser's availible for cheap... I just picked up 10- 510 atomisers from Ruyan Direct for 6-dollars each.  Again, autobatteries are junky. Most mod type devices address the poor batteries on the e-cigs. Again, the 510 manual does a descent job.

In conclusion, I'm sitting here with 10+510s with PCC (charger/carring case), 4+ - 901's, 6 usb passthrough cables that I use on a regular basis.   Bought many ejuices form various vendors to sample and vaping away with no worries.
