There is an interesting dispute going on between 2 large Europe based electronic cigarette retailer in a French forum:

Janty attacks Sedansa by saying they are not a manufacturer as they claim, but a reseller/trade company, importing goods from Chinese manufacturers. Two of the named Chinese manufacturers, called Yunnan Dekang biotechnology and Boge Technology have become the centre of this dispute. Using Dekang, an eliquid manufacturer with 90% market shares, as an example, Janty argues that sadansa does not have the capability to manufacture. To support his argument, Janty has posted information and factory photos ripped off Dekang and its spin-off UK company ecisdirect websites to illustrate the capital and extraction technique required for production.
In response, Sedansa has demanded these photos to be taken offline and for transparency reason, has refused to prove Janty wrong.
