i bought a cheaper e cig a while ago and i wasn't terrible impressed, it didnt give me enough of a nicotine hit. my wife said the same thing. we have bought been smokers for 10+ years. we have been smoking roll your own cigarette for probably 5 years now, to save money. recently the federal tax hike has forced the price of roll your own to unheard of prices. the price of a 1 pound bag went from $12.99+shipping to $40.99 plus shipping. im starting to get very upset at the direction this country is heading and the taxes that are attacking the working poor. we went out today and bought 2 njoy pro starter kits. i must say im highly impressed with it. the odor left is sweet smelling. it doesn't stink up the room. it doesnt taste dirty like a cigarette either. it also delivers a solid nicotine hit. i must say im much more satisfied with the njoy than with the cheaper unit, and it closely resemble smoking a cigarette. im hoping im making a healthier choice. is there any evidence that these things cause any bodily harm? is it as healthy as NOT smoking at all? is nicotine as really safe as caffeine? my wife and i do not wish to be regular smokers any more. an occasion cigarette is one thing, but the pack a day HAS TO stop. i enjoy smoking but i dont wish to die from smoking. im also not willing to dish out the tax money. the taxes have really gotten out of hand. its greed, and im not paying for it anymore. i just hope the government doesnt find a way to tax e cigs, the way they tax cigs. i also hope that they dont find a way to ban what appears to be a healthy alternative. many people have mixed feelings about quitting. they enjoy smoking but know that it not good for them, this is kind of how i felt about it.

QUESTION

can e-liquid be used in the njoy cartridges? if so, what is a good brand, how much does it cost and how do you measure the proper amount. the cartridges arent cheap.

I understand you on the prices. I starting rolling smokes when the price got higher years back.

I didn't see it worth spending tons a month when I could roll them for cheaper.

As far as using smoke juice with the NPro, I have. I use Johnson Creeks found here http://ecigforum.net/johnsoncreeksmokejuice.php and love it. I just used my empty cartridges to put the juice in.

If you go with them I rec. the sample pack to find the flavor you like the best.

It really varies on how much to use. I usually just fill the cartridge with 7-8 drops and enjoy. (the sample pack juice comes in little glass dropper bottles. Get some empty eye drop style kind and then you dont have to worry about dropping the bottles and breaking them  Smiley)

Cost is great in comparison to buying cartridges all the time.
