I choosed DHL 3-4 days shipping method. I was told by on line support that I expect to get my order in 4 days. That will be amazing, you know, from China to US, only 4 days. I was inpressed by this fast service.
I waited till 1st, Oct. I still didn't get my orders. I tracked the package with the tracking number they gave me. I was shocked, they shipped the order 3 days after I placed my order. the website says it is clearance delay.So I try to contact E-cig on line support, but no one responded.So I emailed to them, still no reply. I kept wrting Emails to them, at last, someone replied me. He said sorry and blabla. And he said it is the DHL and the Custom issue, I have to contact loalc DHL about this. Holy shit, They ripped my money and didn't take responsibility. I was helpless.I tried to call them, but couldn't get through.I really felt I was dealing with a fraud company. I even don't know whether they shipped my orders or not.
I tried on line chat ther other day. one operator answered me, hr said if the custom will let let the package in, they will return it and I will be refunded. I didn't want refund , I want my order. But he said I have to pay the shipping cost, what's the FF. I have to pay the shipping cost two time to get a what a hell rubbish. I was out of my temper at that time. I really want sue them for dishonest business. I want evey America and Canada citizen do not buy any rubbish from this website. I still not receive my refund now. I think they will not give my money back.
Days later, one of my frieds told me he also bought some E-cig and E-liquid from e-cig.com. He told me he will never buy again, it is total bullshit and disgusting. The liquid makes him sick for a whole day, when he received the order, one bottle liquid was leaked, the smell is like a dead rotten rat. oh, My! I want to vomit! Sorry Buddy. It was tough exprience for him.
I like using electronic cigaretee, but I sware I will never order any rubbish from this site. Let it gone with bullshit.
