Ok..... So I ordered my blu's on the 3rd and I was told it was going to be a 3 week wait to process. Now Its turning into possibly 5 or 6 weeks and you can tell customer service doesnt care. They are very quick to close the chat and give runaround answers. Save your time and buy from someone else.

Got mine from there and i am very happy with them
Totally worth the wait if you ask, especially since they are over 70 dollars cheaper than the other companies

I really like mine with the ECC pack. The batteries are so small though. Easy to refill cartridges.
